Like the surface, love the depths

I like this, at first glance it looks like someone has gone all William Morris on the fire escape, but I don't love it. It works in colour because it's all surface, no depth, but it will never work in black and white and black and white is where feeling and emotion lay. That's what causes you to connect and then love something.
I was attracted to you when I saw you. I only fell in love with you when I could see beyond.

I'm not closed, just waiting to be opened

Like a lot of people I look at winter and wish for spring. But winter can be good too, it just makes things look different, and I can see there is reward in effort. Unless I try I lose anyway, and we don't get infinite goes at anything.
