Missing You

It's time to start looking forward, planning the next good times. A pier is always a favourite, hand in hand over the boards, the sun and the sea and time. The world goes on around us but I notice only you.

Room for two

Imagine climbing the ladder, closing the trap door then settling into a settee while the sea swirls in below and the sun sets over the horizon.

Life is in the stories

I like a project, I like a bit of history and a story. So I bought this:

Some things aren't immediately attractive and you're not drawn in. There has to be a spark to start with but a spark cannot be maintained, you need a fire. I always thought you were beautiful, I never knew how beautiful until I knew you better, and the more I know you the more beautiful you become. What is inside always makes everything more interesting. The more I know, the more I want to know.

Around 70 years of stories in this found box. I'd love to know every one but I can't. I can only freeze the contents into photographs and re-present them anew and add my own new tales.
Like us, we're here now and I want to grow old with you, hearing your stories, sharing mine and writing our own.

Dreamy? You are.

Remember the fishes, taken during what could have been a trip to our personal zoo? This looks ethereal. You are always a dream.

Early morn over the water

From the window of the bus, taking a day trip into town. It's nice to be a passenger; drivers miss out on so much.
