To sit on the sand away from the crowds and watch the day go by or to walk head-down searching the strand for the gifts from the waves, the seaside, with you, is where I would always choose to be.

Mother nature dear
Ahhhh, the serenity of a river, flowing gently, meandering along through nature, the only sound the birds and the gentle splash of oar on water.
